Laundromat FAQ
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 5:00 AM until 11:00 PM. Last wash is at 9:00 PM.
Our laundromat is both a card and credit card laundromat. Plus, we have an ATM on the premises.
Our laundromat has attendants on hand from 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM. They can assist you with any questions you may have about how to use our machines and what machine would be ideal for your laundry.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off or pick up your laundry with us any time between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
There is a 15 pound minimum for our wash and fold services.
The turnaround time for our wash and fold services is 48-hours. You will receive a text message when your laundry is ready to be picked up.
We use premium laundry products when we launder your clothes, however you can upgrade to Tide or Gain for a small upcharge.
Pickup and Delivery
We currently offer laundry pickup and delivery in Nashua, Hollis, Merrimack, and Milford, NH.
Our pickup and delivery window is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Our standard turnaround time is 48 to 72 hours. For example, an order picked up on Monday morning will be returned clean, folded, and fresh on Wednesday or Friday during our 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM window.
Yes, we have a $45 minimum order for all pickup and delivery services.
Your total is calculated based on the weighed weight of your laundry (plus any specialized items like comforters or rug pads). If your order total falls under $45, the minimum order rate will apply.
No! As long as you leave your laundry in a safe, accessible spot (like a covered porch or near your front door) prior to 9:00 AM on your scheduled day, our driver will handle the rest. We’ll drop off your clean laundry right back at the same location.
Place your clothes in disposable plastic trash bags or a laundry bag. Be sure that the bag is cinched closed so nothing spills out.
Yes. You can add specific notes for detergent choices, water temperatures, or item sorting during checkout so your clothes are cared for exactly the way you like.
